Like the text in the other pieces in this series, the content is autobiographical. It refers to good times in bad company. Company I still keep today. This piece is an experiment to discover how much effort a viewer is prepared to make to read text before it becomes too much effort and they disengage. The encaustic covers much of teh text, however holes have been melted through it, to give tempting glimpses of the letters beneath.
