Shipping times

Joe Hodway aims to process all orders within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All shipping is tracked, with the exception of UK shipping on orders below the value of £50. Your shipping rate will be calculated once your address details have been entered. You will receive another notification containing tracking information when your order has been dispatched.  We aim to package and ship paintings and large works within 14 days after processing your order, however if this is not possible (for example if Joe Hodway is away on Holiday) we will notify you by email as soon as possible. We aim to have U.K. orders delivered within 14 days of your order being placed, and no later than 30 days.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after your artwork is delivered. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling – but we appreciate it if you do. For full information of how to cancel, our returns policy, and how to return artworks please click here

Shipping charges

In most instances shipping to you is included in the work of art’s cost. In some instances, including to some international destinations shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. If that is the case, they will be clearly displayed before you commit to purchase.

In the case of a return, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs, and making sure the artwork is appropriately packaged and insured while in transit. Full full details of our returns policy, and how to return artworks please click here

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to a selection of destinations, and are working to expand them. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Joe Hodway is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer. Please ensure you are aware of them, and factor these into your purchase decision.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 days of receiving your purchase confirmation email, please contact us at moc.yawdoheoj@eoj with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
